Creating a username will give you access to the site and offer the ability to submit orders, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track the orders in your accounts, and more.

You must have an open account with Baystate Pool Supplies or APC in order to create a user.

First Time Visitors

• If you are logging in with a username that was created on the “old” version of EZOrder, you will be using the email address that was associated with that username.

• If you do not remember the email address that is associated with your username, please email ezordersupport@baystatepools.com and supply us with your company name,        Baystate account number and your username / login ID from the old site.


• First time visitors will need to verify your email address and create a password for entry. To do this, click the “Forgot your password?” link under the Registered User section        above, enter your email address and you will receive a code to reset / create your password.


• All new users can submit a registration form under the “Request Access” section above. Once you are entered into our system you will receive an email from us to verify your      email address and create a password for entry to the site.
